1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between taya22 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the taya22 website at taya22.vip and any associated services ("the Service").

taya22 reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by or used on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of taya22, you must register for an account. By registering, you warrant and represent that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering your own personal account and are the sole authorized user. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You will maintain only one (1) active account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your password and one-time passwords (OTP) — strictly confidential. taya22 will never ask for your password. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

taya22 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

taya22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash payment, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available methods may change from time to time at taya22's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (Philippine Peso) or the equivalent in cryptocurrency where applicable. Minimum amounts are subject to change.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts that have completed KYC procedures. Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
• Withdrawal to same source: Funds must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the limits and policies of the relevant payment provider.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts typically process within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. taya22 does not guarantee processing times as these are partially dependent on third-party payment providers.
• Fees: taya22 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges. taya22 reserves the right to deduct applicable fees for withdrawals in certain circumstances, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

taya22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the matter reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Wagering & Game Rules

All games offered on taya22 — including but not limited to live baccarat, slots, fishing games, bingo, roulette, blackjack, poker, and video poker — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• taya22's Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained in accordance with applicable standards.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers operating from professional studios. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) and is not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, taya22 will attempt to resolve the issue based on the recorded game state at the time of the fault. taya22's decision on such matters is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

taya22 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all taya22 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• taya22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to any such change.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taya22 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Use of the Service by persons under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registration or maintenance of more than one account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to taya22 support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, including using taya22 to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any taya22 software or security system.
• Using the taya22 platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

taya22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your taya22 account (after deducting applicable fees and any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable compliance checks. taya22 will process such refunds within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct may have their balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine regulatory requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya22 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, audio, and video — is the property of taya22 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya22 Service for your personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any taya22 content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• taya22 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the taya22 Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, bonus, or transaction, you must first contact taya22 support in writing at [email protected]. taya22 will attempt to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. 14. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with your account, and/or by prominent notice on the taya22 website, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the taya22 Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.
